Natures Vibration is committed to superior product quality. Unlike many in the industry, we accept returns even if the packaging for oils, edibles, or flowers has been opened.

2. Return Process & Quality Checks

  • Window: Customers have 7 to 14 days from the date of receipt to log a return.

  • Inspection: All returned items will undergo a quality check on our side to investigate the issue and ensure future incidents are prevented.

  • Disposal: To maintain safety standards, we will discard any compromised items ourselves.

3. Refund Methods

 

Once a return is approved following our quality check, patrons can choose to receive their refund via:

  • A direct transfer to their bank account/card.

  • Store Credit to be used for future purchases.
