CBD Regulatory Compliance

All CBD-specific wellness products sold on this platform adhere to the South African Department of Health’s exclusion notice:

Dosage: They provide a maximum daily dose of 20mg CBD.
THC Content: Wellness products contain less than 0.001% THC.
Separation: Wellness products are clearly marked and physically separated from THC-focused products to ensure informed consumer choice.

Cannabis for Private Purposes (THC Products)

In accordance with the Cannabis for Private Purposes Act (Act 7 of 2024) and the 2018 Constitutional Court ruling, the possession, cultivation, and use of cannabis by an adult is protected in private.

Private Use Only: Any products containing THC provided by Natures Vibration are intended strictly for the private adult use of the patron.
Patron Responsibility: By completing a purchase of THC-containing items, the patron acknowledges they are exercising their right to private consumption and assume all legal and personal responsibility for such use.

Edibles & Foodstuffs Disclosure

While we offer edible products, these are not sold as "foodstuffs" as defined under the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act. Following regulatory shifts in 2025, these items are provided as processed cannabis derivatives intended for private, adult wellness purposes and should not be considered a substitute for standardized food products.

Seeds & Plant Improvement Act (2025)

Natures Vibration complies with the Plant Improvement Act (Act 11 of 2018), which came into full effect on 1 December 2025.

Cultivation: Seeds and cultivation equipment are provided for the purpose of lawful private cultivation by adults in private spaces as permitted by South African law.

Assumption of Risk & Logistics

Independent Drivers: Natures Vibration relies on independent drivers for delivery. While we guarantee product quality through our rigorous internal checks, the risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer once the package has been handed over to the independent delivery operator.
Health Consultation: We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new natural wellness regimen, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition or are taking chronic medication.
